Eligible applications are listed below under their associated review type.

BUILDING REVIEW:

  • Change of Occupancy Permit
  • Commercial Building Permit*
  • Commercial Electric Standalone Permit**
  • Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Standalone Permit**
  • Commercial Plumbing Standalone Permit**
  • Fire Alarm and/or Fire Suppression Permit
  • Low Voltage Access Control Permit
  • Sign Permit
  • Temporary Outdoor Dining (Valid until April 1, 2021)
  • Temporary Tent Permit
  • Uptown Outdoor Dining (Permanent)

* Submission should not include associated "over-the-counter" trade permits.
** Standalone permits are those that require plan review and are not an "over-the-counter" trade permit.
Important: Permits that were previously submitted/reviewed by paper are not eligible for online submission.

ENGINEERING REVIEW:

  • Private Development (Mass Excavation/Grading, Site Improvements, Tree Clearing, Street, Sewer, and Waterline Plans, etc.); does not include right-of-way permits.*

* Any initial fees must be paid by check through mail or drop-off before application is considered "accepted".
