Ticketing

Tickets may exist in one of the following seven statuses

  • AWAITING REVIEW:  A ticket has been received but has not yet been assigned.
  • IN PROGRESS:  A ticket that is being evaluated and awaiting resolution.
  • ON HOLD:  A ticket that has further questions or is awaiting external processing.
  • COMPLETE:  The ticket has been resolved.
  • CANCELLED: The ticket has been cancelled.
